Restroom Facilities Limited has been designing and manufacturing public restrooms for over 15 years. The company was founded on a simple concept: You shouldn't have to reinvent the wheel every time you need a new park restroom. Why hire an architect and start from scratch, when we’ve developed standard floor plans, with the architectural flexibility to match almost any site. We continually evaluate public restroom components, eliminating what doesn’t work while keeping what does. We fabricate the facilities off-site, in most cases using a lower labor rate than on-site construction, so our costs are often less.

While the problems public restrooms face in the market have changed over the years, our goal to find solutions for them has not. For example, as graffiti became more of a problem over the years we got busy finding a solution. We now offer an anti-graffiti option that is available in clear or pigmented, flat or gloss finish. Graffiti just washes off over and over. Our moisture-resistant concrete floors repel moisture and urine. This is not just a surface coating that wears off, but an integral part of the concrete. By repelling moisture and urine, it prevents odors and preserves the structural integrity of the concrete. We also use rugged stainless steel hardware on exposed accessories and fasteners, because we know it doesn't rust and won't require maintenance.
