Breakthrough for Vandal-Prone City Parks
Through our latest research and development program, we are pleased to announce our new split-faced or precision, concrete block, pre-constructed restroom building. What makes this building unique is that it is constructed entirely off-site, delivered and installed in 3-5 days by our field staff.

Save Over On-Site Construction
This latest design concept is available in most floor plans, interior finishes, roof finishes, with plumbing and electrical options. In most cases we use a lower labor rate than on-site construction, so our costs are often a lot less.

New Anti-Graffiti Finish
Our concrete block model is available with an anti-graffiti finish. The finish isn't a sacrificial coating like wax, so it won't wash off. It can be applied to both interior and exterior masonry surfaces. Graffiti just rinses off.

Rugged Construction
Our block building is fire rated, the light fixtures are vandal resistant, and the interior plumbing fixtures and fasteners are stainless steel. These restrooms feature a precast 8" moisture-resistant concrete floor which repels moisture and urine. This not only prevents odor but, preserves the integrity of the concrete by not allowing the acids from urine to soak into the floor. We achieve this floor with additives poured directly into the concrete, so it's not just a surface coating that will wear off in a year or two.
