Every Part of a Restroom Facilities Building is Made to Last
For over 15 years Restroom Facilities has understood that a restroom building is only as durable as the components that go in it. Every part that goes into one of our buildings is designed to be long lasting, vandal-resistant, and easy to maintain. For example, we understand that exposed metal is subject to rust and corrosion, so we use only stainless steel for accessories and fasteners. Stainless steel doesn't rust, or require costly painting, and repainting over the years. We also offer exterior options that can take abuse and still look good.

We Construct Interiors that are Rugged and Easy to Maintain
Our FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) covers each wall from corner-to-corner, and from the floor to the top of the wall...no seams. We stretch and heat-laminate our FRP...so no buckling, or peeling away. We also use Class “A” FRP instead of the usual Class “C”, because, when burned, Class “C” will release toxic fumes. FRP typically used by our competitors and on-site contractors comes in 4’ panels requiring plastic strips at every seam. They need constant cleaning, and will eventually yellow and crack, and have to be replaced. They can also allow moisture to collect, causing seams to pull away. We are the only restroom manufacturer to offer continuous FRP.

We also offer an optional rugged, water-resistant wall tile. This stone based tile is much more break resistance then typical wall tile. The tile is installed with a water-resistant epoxy grout that is easy to clean, doesn’t mildew, and doesn’t require maintenance. The stainless steel corners used on both options are custom fabricated. These corners are designed at a 93° angle, exerting extreme pressure against the FRP or tile, keeping moisture out.

You Really do Get What You Pay for
While there are restroom manufacturers that offer buildings for less, in the long run you will pay more. Their buildings are typically more costly to maintain over the years, and they just don’t hold up to abuse like a Restroom Facilities building.
