It's true, time spent maintaining restrooms is time away from the course. We understand that, and for over 15 years we've specialized in designing easy maintenance into midcourse restrooms. This includes seamless FRP (interior
hose-down design) which provides corner-to-corner coverage, leaving no place for moisture to collect. Or, choose our rugged wall tile which is much more break resistant then ordinary tile. It's special water-resistant epoxy grout holds up. Both of these options create an easy-to-clean, shower stall-like environment.

Our slightly raised exterior walls provide easy hose-down cleaning, eliminating backsplash and the need for drains, that can catch golf shoes. Best of all, our moisture-resistant concrete floor repels moisture and urine, which means no odor. The integrity of the concrete is preserved by not allowing the acids from urine to soak into it. This floor is achieved with additives that are integral to the concrete. It is not just a surface coating that wears off in a year or two.

Your restroom will arrive at your site complete, including the moisture-resistant concrete floor, and ready to install. Typical installation by our experienced installation crew takes only 1-2 days. That means an absolute minimum of play disruption for your clients and none of the mess or safety issues created with on-site construction. And, we deliver and install almost anywhere nationwide.
