We Begin By Working With Your Staff
We research your site, establish restroom size requirements, determine single user or multi-user design, the loss prevention rating as well as architectural requirements. We then offer material and design choices to meet your budget. Architectural plans, specifications, and civil engineering calc’s to comply with local building code and permit requirements, are included in the cost of the building. We offer an initial “no fee” consultation to architects, landscape architects, and public agencies to provide direction and cost effective solutions.
