Work Benches and Other Built-ins
When it comes to designing restrooms for skateparks our design team has thought of everything. Options like covered or uncovered built-in work benches, or a board/concession shop with racks for storing equipment. We can add an alcove for vending machines, or a series of stainless steel hooks for hanging backpacks.

Restrooms as Tough as the People Who Use Them
For over 15 years we've specialized in building restrooms that can take abuse. Our restrooms feature things like 24,000 hour vandal-resistant light fixtures with concealed switches and outlets. Large stainless steel vent screens that are rugged, and at the same time maximize natural ventilation. These screens never require painting so you save on maintenance. We even install heavy duty door closures, and continuous hinges that make it almost impossible to pull the doors off.

Easy to Clean Interiors
Our continuous FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) covers each wall from corner-to-corner, floor to ceiling...no seams. The FRP typically used by our competitors and on-site contractors comes in 4' sections. The seams require plastic strips which need constant cleaning and eventually yellow and crack, and have to be replaced. These strips also allow moisture to collect, causing seams to pull away. We also offer an optional water-resistant wall tile. This tile is more break resistant then ordinary wall tile. The tile is installed with a water resistant epoxy grout that is easy to clean, doesn't mildew, and doesn't require maintenance. Both options come with custom fabricated stainless steel corners. These corners are designed at a 93° angle, exerting extreme pressure against the FRP or tile, keeping moisture out.

We Build Your Restroom Off-Site and then Install it in 2-3 Days Your restroom is fully constructed off-site in a 1.5 acre temperature controlled plant to achieve incredible "fit and finish". In most cases our costs are far less then on-site construction.

Once constructed, your restroom is shipped to your site, and can typically be installed by our staff in 2-5 days. No construction debris, safety issues, or site disruption.
